Franklin Escobar is from the beautiful country of El Salvador and is the founder of Pupusas Familia. He is currently serving as an active board member for the Boulder County Farmers Market. He has also been part of the BoulderReads program for over 14 years as a learner and in 2023 he was one of the main speakers at the Boulder Library Foundation gala.
